Product of the Year is the largest consumer-voted award for Product Innovation. POY operates in 45 countries with the objective to guide shoppers to the newest products in the market.

Product of the Year conducts an annual survey with Nielsen IQ to determine the winners from a pool of innovative participants. The survey focuses on three key metrics related to perceived innovation, attractiveness and purchase intention of the newly-launched product. The survey reaches 4500+ respondents in the GCC, using two methods: face-to-face and online. The winners are determined based on the highest score within a specific category.
